Do I have to already have a KJ Labs AI site to get the retainer?
The retainer is designed for sites built in real code — ideally built here. If you have an existing custom-coded site, reach out and we'll take a look. WordPress or Wix sites aren't eligible — the whole model breaks down when the platform is the problem.
What counts as a "content change"?
Text, photos, prices, hours, services, contact info — anything your customers read. Three changes per month covers most small businesses easily. Need more? We can talk.
What if something breaks outside of the changes?
That's covered. If your site breaks for any reason unrelated to a client-requested change — hosting, code, external service — I fix it. No extra charge. That's what "nerd on call" means.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. 30 days notice and we're done. You keep every file, every line of code, every report. It was always yours.
